As the home also overlooks a reserve it provides heaps of room for
children to play. But as the property is not fenced, it may not be suited to young children.

Accommodation
The maximum number of guests is 5 in 2 bedrooms
(1 queen bed and 1 trios (double and single) bunk, and an additional fold-out single bed if required).
There is a separate toilet and shower.
Blankets, doonas and pillows (without pillow cases) are the only items supplied.
Sheets, pillow cases, towels and face washers are available for hire if required (see Tariffs).

There is plenty of off-street parking, with room for a boat and trailer.
