Payment
To secure a booking, a 50% deposit (cheque, money order or
direct bank deposit) is payable with the remainder due 7 days before arrival.
Changes in arrival dates are allowed subject to availability, more than
7 days in advance of the arrival date would be appreciated.
Any breakages or damage shall be considered to be the responsibility of the tenants or their guests.
The premises is rented on a holiday basis only for the period stated on the confirmation letter.
The terms of arrival and departure and the number of people the home is booked out to are set
out in this document.
Cancellation
All reservations are subject to a non-refundable A$30 processing fee if cancelled.
No processing fee is charged if arrival dates are changed.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of booking, then the total 50% deposit fee will
not be refunded unless the place can be rented out during the planned time of your stay.
If the place can be re-rented, then only the processing fee of your cancellation will apply.
