Located in Victoria’s far-east Gippsland region, Mallacoota Inlet is halfway between Sydney and Melbourne and less than four hours from Canberra. Surrounded by the Croajingolong National Park, Mallacoota offers pristine beaches, lakes, forests and rivers, as well as abundant bird and marine life.

Awesome Fishing

Sem’s Place is an ideal holiday home, located in a quiet court with restricted traffic flow and noise, and only metres away from fishing spots: Fisheries Point and Coulls Inlet. It is also close to the centre of town and surf beaches, approximately 2 and 3 kms respectively, and an enjoyable walk along the lake front to reach them.
